Jody Audet, CEO of TPM Staffing, is a graduate of Arizona State University. Jody is an active owner-operator and has been at the helm of her organization for more than twenty years. Jody is well known throughout Colorado and the staffing industry for her executive leadership, board membership, philanthropic activities, and servant-leader principles. Jody has built this 100% woman-owned business from the ground up to become a multi-million-dollar endeavor serving client temporary staffing needs in the hospitality, industrial, and administrative industries. In pursuit of continuous improvement; Jody has led her team to open multiple offices, create new business channels, and most recently taken her operation global. A lifelong athlete, Jody played varsity sports; she remains physically active training and riding horses on her ranch along the front range of Colorado.
Kenneth Ludden, Chief Operating Officer of TPM Staffing, holds a Bachelor degree in Aviation Management from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in Management from Webster University. As a senior executive in both global Fortune 100 and Mid-market organizations, Ken brings his twenty-plus years of leadership and people development expertise to our organization. Having served as COO and SVP Sales for multiple organizations, in various industries, he understands the unique challenges clients are facing in today’s highly competitive environment. Ken has led a $5B mortgage operation as well as helped start and lead several recruiting businesses. In addition to his corporate success, Ken is a proven combat veteran serving as an Air Force navigator in several combat zones around the world.
